The Khatu Shyam Ji temple in Khatu village, in Rajasthan's Sikar district, is one of the most visited shrines in northern India. Tradition holds that Barbarika, the grandson of Bhima, offered his head to Lord Krishna and was blessed to be worshipped in Kaliyuga by Krishna's own name, Shyam.
